Molly Samuels is a unified e-commerce platform operating two divisions: Mollys (fashion and lifestyle) and M. Samuels (school uniforms). We serve customers in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or interfere with its normal operation.
An account is required to complete a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and, where selected, converted to British Pounds (£) at our current exchange rate. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product and pricing information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing that order.
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed through our payment provider, Paystack. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Delivery timeframes and charges are as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Custom and bulk uniform orders are made to specification and may be subject to separate terms agreed directly with you, including on lead time, minimum quantities, and returns.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Molly Samuels or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Molly Samuels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your purchase of products, beyond the value of the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in the United Kingdom.
